Description of Service

At the time of regular inspections, RC Heating and Cooling will provide the following maintenance functions in 2 visits per year.  Agreement length: 3 years

Heating Maintenance:

  • Change or Clean all filters

  • Check or change belts

  • Check pulleys, shafts, and blower housing

  • Check and oil or grease all motor, linkage, and bearings

  • Check, tighten, and amp all electrical connections and motors

  • Cycle all pilot and limit safety controls

  • Check and adjust all burners and pilots

  • Calibrate all thermostats

  • Perform safety checks on heat exchangers as necessary

  • Provide a report on equipment operation and condition

Cooling Maintenance:

  • Change or Clean all filters

  • Check or change belts

  • Check pulleys, shafts, and blower housing

  • Check and oil or grease all motor, linkage, and bearings

  • Check, tighten, and amp all electrical connections and motors

  • Check all refrigeration levels and safeties

  • Calibrate all thermostats

  • Provide a report on equipment operation and condition

  • Parts and component replacement: this agreement includes normal consumable materials such as lubricants, grease, cleaners, and clean up materials

  • Additional Included items: Filters, Belts, capacitors, contactors.

  • Necessary parts and components, subject to customer approval, will be billed separately at Preferred Customer’s rates

  • Emergency Service: Available, 7 days a week, to reduce the risk of down time and inconvenience for the customer.

Preferred Commercial Customer Service Labor Rates Listed Below:

Regular Hourly Labor Rate:  $120/hr

After Hours Hourly Labor Rate:  $150/hr

Sunday/Holiday Hourly Labor Rate:  $175/hr
