Originally founded as Ron’s Custom Heating & Cooling, the business was rebranded in 2022 when Eric and Kaylajoy took ownership, continuing a legacy of trusted comfort for homes and businesses across Shelby Township and Metro Detroit. As Michigan’s only woman-owned and Energy Star–certified HVAC contractor, we provide expert heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services for both residential and commercial clients.
