RC Heating and Cooling provides residential and commercial heating, cooling, ventilation, indoor air quality, and water heater services across Macomb County, Michigan. We hold Mechanical License #7119013.

Descriptions, pricing, promotions, rebates, and equipment availability shown on this site are for general information and can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding quote. A price becomes firm only when we put it in writing for your specific job after we have seen the equipment or the space.

You may use this site to learn about our services, request service, and contact us. You may not use it to send unlawful or abusive content, to submit someone else's contact information without their permission, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

The text, photography, layout, and logos on this site are owned by RC Heating and Cooling or used with permission, except for manufacturer names and marks (for example Luxaire, Trane, Lennox, Rheem), which belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify equipment we sell and service. Do not reuse our content without written permission.

This site links to third parties such as manufacturer pages, financing partners, and our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Financing offers are governed entirely by the terms of the lender that makes them, not by this page.

This paragraph limits liability for the website only. It does not limit any warranty, guarantee, or obligation attached to work we actually perform for you, which is governed by your invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.

We collect only what we need in order to respond to you and do the work:

• Information you give us on a form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and anything you type into the message box. Our website form asks for a ZIP code rather than a full street address. We collect a service address later, directly from you, when we schedule the visit.
• Your text messaging choices: which SMS consent boxes you checked, and the date and time you checked them. We keep this as a record of consent.
• Website usage information: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, browser and device type. This is collected through Google Analytics by way of Google Tag Manager, and only after you accept cookies in our banner.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers through this website. Financing applications are handled on the lender's own secure system, not here.

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, provide quotes, send invoices and receipts, answer questions, and keep records we are required to keep. If you opted in to marketing messages, we also use it to send you the offers described below. We do not sell your personal information.

Our forms offer two independent SMS opt-ins. Both are unchecked by default, both are optional, and the form submits whether or not you check either one. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.

• Transactional messages and alerts from RC Heating and Cooling: appointment confirmations, service and dispatch scheduling, quote details, and maintenance reminders. Not marketing or promotional messages.
• Marketing and promotional messages from RC Heating and Cooling: seasonal tune-up offers, HVAC coupons and rebates, and Comfort Care Plan promotions. Not transactional alerts.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or opt out at any time. Opting out of one category does not opt you out of the other, and opting out of texts entirely does not affect service we already have scheduled with you.

Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. You can also opt in or update your choices on our SMS opt-in page.

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work for us:

• Our website and email delivery providers, which transmit form submissions to our office inboxes.
• Our field service and dispatch software, which holds job, scheduling, and invoicing records.
• Google Analytics, for website traffic measurement, subject to your cookie choice.
• Dapper Market Solutions, which builds and maintains this website for us.
• Financing partners, only when you choose to apply, and only through their own application.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of RC Heating and Cooling, our customers, or the public.

This site uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

We keep form submissions and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy tax, warranty, and legal recordkeeping requirements, and then we dispose of them. Records of SMS consent are kept for as long as we may need to show that consent was given, and for a reasonable period after it is withdrawn.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This site is meant for adults arranging service for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection, and access to our office inboxes and service software is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update these terms and this policy. When we do, we will change the Last updated date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your information will be reflected here before they take effect.
